Art Direction

From a simple mailer to a whole integrated campaign. I have experience in B2B and B2C covering most industries and target markets. FMCGS, technology, pharmaceuticals, travel, music and entertainment industries all figure in my portfolio. Thanks to my wide range of skills I offer a holistic view when working conceptually and I’m able to brief efficiently all professionals necessary to deliver a project, from printers to developers to engineers. Due to my background as an illustrator I’m able to effectively visualise both manually and digitally making my ideas easy to communicate. My skill set makes me a Swiss army knife for pitches where time is at a premium.

Design

I have experience in a broad range of design fields. In the past I have designed for print, web, moving image, exhibitions, events and experiential marketing. I also have some experience in industrial design having created lighting products for manufacture. My portfolio includes branding, websites, brochures, posters, icons, software interfaces, exhibition booths, furniture, tattoos, murals, halloween pumpkins…

Illustration

Having originally trained as a Scientific Illustrator I have a solid drawing foundation. I’m accomplished in most traditional media while also being proficient using digital tools. Cartoons, stylised vectors, quick sketches, futuristic, technical and scientific illustration styles all figure in my portfolio.

Animation and Motion Graphics

From visuals for the live performances of world class artists like Above & Beyond to web banner animations for super-brands and blockbuster film releases. I’m versed in the use of both Flash and After Effects creating animation in a myriad of styles tailored to the delivery medium. Web, cinema, LED, ultrawide multi-screen and holographic projection technologies have all been canvases for my work.

Live Video

Classed amongst the 10 top European Vjs by Edirol in 2008, my live video performances have graced screens in Europe and America including venues like the BFI Southbank where the live audiovisual show Maya created with music producer Silveriofunk was premiered. I have performed alongside world class artists at art, entertainment and corporate events and produced a Vj style, pilot music programme for the BBC.

Interactive and Video Art

My experimentations in the fields of art and technology have led me to the creation of large scale interactive installations such as the reOnion project made in collaboration with a team of international artists at Burning Man in 2011. I also have experience in video mapping, generative visual art and sound reactivity constantly pushing the boundaries in these fields.
